We simply wish to offer a brief reminder of the crisis that was clearly looming just a year ago. Some people were still unaware of the crisis that was bearing down on us, whilst others were predicting catastrophes marking the end of civilisation and/or the system. Amidst talk of capital controls and the collapse of the global economy, our perspective was that the financial outlook for the average citizen was deteriorating.
Sadly, it seems time is proving us right. For the time being, the credit crunch and the energy crisis are more than enough to harm billions of people. Dear Virgin Mary, dear Virgin Mary, let me stay just as I am…:
