Perhaps the terms that have been most popular since this blog began are Financos<\/span> e Back-to-front legs<\/span>. It seems to me that both of them (and all of us) are in some way responsible for the situation our economy has reached.<\/div>\n
Without going any further, the abuse of RF securitisations has led us to the current credit crisis. But the abuse of structured and over-structured derivative products has also led more than a few people into financial gambling addiction. What\u2019s more, there is the aggravating factor that whilst a gambling addict may ban themselves from entering bingo halls and casinos, they will never manage to prevent themselves from entering a financial institution with flashy, eye-catching signs that tempt them into the worst possible behaviour.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>In my view, the responsibility is entirely shared. Just as trash TV can only thrive if there is both supply and demand. In other words, media \u00abprofessionals\u00bb who stoop to such levels, and also a demand from viewers with little brainpower who consume this rubbish.<\/p>\n
